Hot Wings couldn’t get more finger lickin’ delicious with this super easy, perfectly seasoned version, which is smothered in a buttery buffalo style sauce using the classic all-rounder “The OG” hot sauce.

The OG Hot Wings with Blue Cheese dip
Ingredients:
1kg free range chicken wings
For the flour
250 g rice flour
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
2 tsp table salt
1 tsp pepper
For the sauce
1 cup The OG hot sauce
100g melted butter
20g honey
For the dipping sauce
200g blue vein cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Lemon juice to taste
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
First of all (and this can be done a day prior) blend together the ingredients for the blue cheese dip & let it rest in the fridge. It will thicken up the longer you leave it to rest which is why it can ideally be done a few hours before you serve.
Mix all ingredients for the flour together, and coat the chicken wings thoroughly. Cook in deep fryer or air fryer on 180 degrees Celsius until crispy and cooked through.
Meanwhile, while the wings are cooking, mix together the hot sauce, butter and honey in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, whisking
constantly.
Once the wings and sauce are ready, toss together in a bowl until fully coated. Serve straight away with blue cheese sauce!
